HumiditySelect keeps corks in good condition over time, while TempProtect Plus and VibrateSafe protect against fluctuation and vibration respectively. Ordered on line, confirm and communication was good. Delivery happened when they said it would and the wine fridge is working exactly as I hoped it would.

Purchased online a replacement wine cooler we had for 9 years, the same model as one that was no longer working. The follow up by the company and delivery were all great. Unfortunately the first appliance was damaged when we received it (it looked like the box had been bashed in transit) but within 10 mins of emailing (outside of normal business hours) I was told I would receive a replacement and the damaged appliance would be collected from me for return.
