Ordered on line, confirm and communication was good. Delivery happened when they said it would and the wine fridge is working exactly as I hoped it would.

Purchased online a replacement wine cooler we had for 9 years, the same model as one that was no longer working. The follow up by the company and delivery were all great. We had a bit of work to fit a cover supplied by the manufacturer to the bottom of the fridge. This was the only fiddly and annoying part of the purchase.

Shout out to Oliver!! I ordered a CDA wine fridge from cool drop and it was damaged but I hadn’t been able to examine the product fully until after the the deadline. I called Oliver in customer services and he sorted everything out for me the redelivery of a new one a few days later and the collection of the old one . Excellent customer service service . Good communication, good feedback ongoing!

Unfortunately the first appliance was damaged when we received it (it looked like the box had been bashed in transit) but within 10 mins of emailing (outside of normal business hours) I was told I would receive a replacement and the damaged appliance would be collected from me for return. A few days later a new appliance arrived and the damaged one was out of my way. Genuinely some of the most efficient customer service I've ever experienced. A real breath of fresh air among the companies that just don't care once they have your money.
