Ordered on line, confirm and communication was good. Delivery happened when they said it would and the wine fridge is working exactly as I hoped it would.

Purchased online a replacement wine cooler we had for 9 years, the same model as one that was no longer working. The follow up by the company and delivery were all great. We had a bit of work to fit a cover supplied by the manufacturer to the bottom of the fridge. This was the only fiddly and annoying part of the purchase.

Shout out to Oliver!! I ordered a CDA wine fridge from cool drop and it was damaged but I hadn’t been able to examine the product fully until after the the deadline. I called Oliver in customer services and he sorted everything out for me the redelivery of a new one a few days later and the collection of the old one . Excellent customer service service .
